At our creative agency, we’re looking for a Project Manager (3-5 years of experience) who can seamlessly navigate between Portuguese and English while leading projects that challenge the ordinary.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end projects in communication and development areas.
- Work with national and international stakeholders, leading with confidence and clarity.
- Develop budgets and proposals, ensuring execution in a diverse creative environment.
- Apply systems thinking and innovative methodologies to problem-solving.
- Foster a collaborative and fun work culture, balancing leadership and creativity.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing complex and high-impact projects.
- Strong soft skills, leadership, and adaptability.
- A strategic and intuitive mindset, with a knack for thinking outside the box.
- Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, creative, and dynamic team.
