Our client in Maputo is looking for a Workshop Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Automotive Sector.

Responsibilities:
- Manage works in progress, monitoring the respective areas with the technical areas of the parts department.
- Monitor the process of entering a vehicle into the workshop from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of an excellent service.
- Leave with the vehicles for test-drive to make the respective quality analysis of the service done by the mechanics team.
- Collaborate with the parts logistics team to ensure complete and satisfactory experience for customers.
- To contribute to the actions defined by the internal audit, as well as to provide the information that is requested for internal or external audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor in automotive mechanics;
- Minimum experience of 5 years working in mechanical workshop;
- Experience of doing the test-drive and quality control of the workshop service performed;
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools;
- Knowledge of working with ERPs;
- Knowledge (knowing how to interpret) of working with diagnostic machines;
- Knowledge of the English language.
